CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY ANDREW H.
WARNER, INC., FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT'S AT CORAL
GABLES FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Performance Bond No. 849509 in the amount. of $3,725.00, posted by
Andrew H. Warner, Inc., for public improvements at Coral Gables Federal Savings &
Loan Association, was released by Resolution 82-42 subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, a one-year warranty bond was not received and the performance bond
was held during the warranty period; and
T,ff1FREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the work
satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said performance bond; and
b%ITREPS,. the City Council desires to release said performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance bond No. 849509 in the amount of $3,725.00
posted by Andrew H. Warner, Inc., for public improvements at Coral Gables Federal
Savings & Loan Association is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
