CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93 2 f
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO PEKING
RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 6455 WEST OOMMERCIAL BOULEVARD;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE'DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council was authorized to grant a transferable
special exception to permit consumption of alcoholic beverages but chose to
limit the approval when it approved Petition 15--Z-81 for Chef Onecio Perera
Gourmet Restaurant by Resolution R-81-161; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a transfer of the special
exception by Resolution R-82--199 from Chef Onecio Perera Gourmet Restaurant
to Aldad Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Acapulco Mexican Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to make an additional transfer
of the special exception to:
PEKING RESTAURANT
6455 West Ccninercial Boulevard
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the special exception permitting consumption
of alcoholic beverages for Aldad Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Acapulco Mexican
Restaurant is hereby transferred to Peking Restaurant located at 6455 West
Cotrmercial Boulevard, Tamarac.
SECTION 2: The following conditions apply:
(a) Hours of consumption shall not exceed
2:00 A.M. local time;
(b) This special exception is not transferable to
other persons or locations without approval of
City Council.
(c) Payment of any applicable fee(s) shall be paid
by applicant.
(d) Standard Sunday hours to be observed.

SECTION 3: All provisions of Resolutions R--81-161 and
R-82-199 not in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution shall
remain in effect.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS day of 1983.
