RESOLUTION NO. -R- 9>3 — 7D
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE RE.QUESTED
BY GLENDALE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
7186 NO. UNIVERSITY DRIVE, FOR DRIVE IN BUILDING
LETTERING ON THE WEST SIDE #4
WHEREAS, Glendale Federal S & L Assn. has requested a waiver
from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Glendale Federal Savings and Loan Association, 7186 No. Univer-
sity -Drive
for a tw,R„c!2lor_logo sign on the west side of the drive in buildii
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
use two colors only.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1983.
