7186 NO. UIIIVERSITY DRIVE FOR THE LETTERIJG COLORS ON
THE DRIVE IN BUILDING - ��3
WHEREAS, Glendale Federal S & L Ass'nhas requested a waiver
from•the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-314 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Glendale Federal -Say & Loan ' 186 No. University Drive
for a two color -logo sign on drive in building
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
use two colors only
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
