A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY GLENDALE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
7186 NO. UNIVERSITY DRIVE, FOR DRIVE IN BUILDING
LETTERING Old T11E EAST SIDE 1
WHEREAS, Glendale Federal S & L Assnhas requested a waiver
from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Glendale Federal Savings and Loan Association, 7136 No. Univer-
sity Drive `
for a Logo _ sign on the east side of the drive in build
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
