CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY P.M.P. INVESTMENTS, INC., FOR
ONECIO PEP,ERA SHOPPING CENTER, FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond, Letter of Credit No. SB395, in the amount of
$2,815.00, was posted by P.M.P. Investments, Inc., for public improvements at
Onecio Perera Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the work
satisfactory, and accordingly, recommends release of said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, Letter of Credit No. SB395, in. the
amount of $2,815.00, posted by P.M.P. Investments, Inc. for public improvements at
Onecio Perera Shopping Center, is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
