RESOLUTION NO. R-83-1:5Z
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
15-FOOT DRAINAGE FLOW-THRU EASEMENT OFFERED
BY BUTTER CONSTRUCTION, INC.; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 15-foot Drainage Flow-Thru Easement
offered by Sutter Construction, Inc., is hereby approved and accepted,
a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute said easement.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is directed to record said
easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida. ,
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

to use a portion of the servient estate;

2. Grantor reserves all rights not herein granted pursuant to
this easement, including but not limited to, the right of free ingress and
egress over and upon the servient estate and to grant further easements

exercise of the rights of use theretmder.

Book 82, Page 14 of the Public Records of Brovard County,
Florida, and oleo in parcel "G", WOODLAND LAKES, as recorded in
Plat Book 71, Page 18 of the Public Records of Brovard County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follova:
Beginning at the Soutbvest corner of said Parcel "A", GLENEAGLES,
also being the Southeast corner of said Parcel "G",- WOODLAND
LAKES; -thence S.88*59'24"E. along the Soutb line of- said Parcel
"A", GLENEAGLES, for 20.0 feet to the Nortbvest corner of Parcel
