CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--83- 5,e�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY F&R BUILDERS, INC., FOR THE
WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT TAMARAC GARDENS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond, Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90346F,
in the amount of $25,253.24, was posted by F&R Builders, Inc., for
the water distribution system at Tamarac Gardens;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of
said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty
bond.
NOW, THEREORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, Letter of Credit No.
NABG-R90346F, in the amount of $25,253.24, -posted by-F&R Builders,
Inc., for the water distribution system at Tamarac Gardens, is here-
by released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon adoption.
