CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY BARRY S. EDEN,
FOR WOODMONT PLAZA, FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond, Letter of Credit No. 1011, in the
amount of $3,305.63, was posted by Barry S. Eden for public
improvements at Woodmont Plaza;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satisfactory, and accordingly, recommends release of
said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, Letter of Credit No.1011,
in the amount of $3,305.63, posted by Barry S. Eden -for public
improvements at Woodmont Plaza, is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon adoption. /�
