CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- 3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY UNITED FEDERAL
SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION POSTED FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a cash warranty bond in the amount of $174.97 was
posted by United Federal Savings & Loan Association for public
improvements;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of
said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said. warranty
bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond in the amount of
$174.97,posted by United Federal Savings & Loan Association, is here-
by released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1983.
