CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R_ - ,�' �a2Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR ON -SITE IMPRWUVU4I'S BY SUNNILAND BANK (FORMERLY
FIRST STATE BANK); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sunniland Bank has filed with the City a cash bond in the amount
of $10,000.00 to guarantee on -site improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Sunniland Bank in the amount of
$10,000.00 for on -site improvements is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imTediately upon
adoption.]
