CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- Y:?,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC JE141SH CENTER
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 693.75
was posted by Tamarac Jewish Center, Letter of Credit No. SBO136,
for public improvements
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 693.75 ,
posted by Tamarac Jewish Center, Letter of Credit No. SB0136,
is hereby released.
