CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AT WOODMONT TRACT 47; AND PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond, Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302149,
in the amount of $80,036.81, was posted by Montwood, Inc., for
public improvements at Woodmont Tract 47.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of
said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty
bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF T
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, Letter of.Credit No.
1402-00302149, in the amount of $80,036.81, posted'by Montwood, Inc.,
for public improvements at Woodmont Tract 47, is hereby released.
