RESOLUTION NO. R-83--L4�o_
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO ALLOW A BUSINESS SCHOOL IN A B-1 ZONING
DISTRICT REQUESTED BY CONCEPTS IN ELECTRICITY,
INC., IN'TAMARAC PLAZA, 7310 WEST MC NAB ROAD,
SUITE 202 , PETITION #1-Z-33, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit a business school in a B-1
Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
a business school in a B-1 Zoning District requested by Concepts in
Electricity, Inc., Petition #1-Z-83 at Tamarac Plaza, 7310 West
McNab Road, Suite 202, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):

adoption.
