CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 8 3 - 4 2
A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE N0. 0-83- 5
PROVIDING A FEE FOR PROCESSING APPLICATIONS FOR
WAIVER OF THE ROOFSCAPE REQUIRMENTS CONTAINED
IN SECTION 7-31 OF THE CITY CODE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council enacted Ordinance No. 0-83- 5 on
February 23, 1983, and
UOTAS, said Ordinance provided that the City Council may establish
fees for applications for waiver of the roofscape requirements contained in Section
7-31 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt said fees herein.
NOW, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF Tf]F CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the application fee for the waiver of the roofscape
requirements contained in Section 7-31 of the City Code shall be $100.00, payable at
the time the application is made.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
