A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE BOND POSTED
by SUNNILAND BANK & LAST CHANCE, INC.,
for PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH
THE PARKING LOT EXTENSION
WHEREAS, Sunniland Bank & Last Chance, Inc., as principal,
has filed with the City a surety bond, in the amount of $4,500.00,
with Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety, there-
under to guarantee public improvements associated with -the parking
lot extension, and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is
not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That the Surety Bond, in the amount of $4,500.00,
posted by Sunniland Bank & Last Chance, Inc., as principal, and
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety, is hereby
called by the City of Tamarac if an extension has not been provided
to said bond on or before February 28, 1983.
SECTION 3: This Resolution is effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,- 1983.
