R-83-�U 3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OFFERED BY EXXON 4 CORPORATION FOR THE EXXON SERVICE STATION AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD AND NORTHWEST 88 AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: .8 SECTION 1: That the warranty deed for road right -of --way I 9 offered by Exxon Corporation for the Exxon Service Station at the 10 Southwest Corner of Southgate Boulevard and Northwest 88 Avenue, 11 is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement being 12 attached hereto as Exhibit A. 13 SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and 14 directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward County, Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon 21 22 23 24 �r 28 29 30 1 36 adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1983. W. 88 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida of the County of Broward, State of Florida, Grantee, . That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit: See attached legal description, Attachment A, which is incorporated into and made a part hereof. Subject to Easements, Restrictions, Reservations, Conditions, Limitations of Record, if any, provided that this shall not serve to reimpose same, zoning ordinances and taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
