3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY
DEED FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OFFERED BY EXXON
4 CORPORATION FOR THE EXXON SERVICE STATION AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD AND
NORTHWEST 88 AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
.8 SECTION 1: That the warranty deed for road right -of --way

9 offered by Exxon Corporation for the Exxon Service Station at the
10 Southwest Corner of Southgate Boulevard and Northwest 88 Avenue,
11 is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement being
12 attached hereto as Exhibit A.
13 SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
14 directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon

WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this +4_ day of November, 1983, between Exxon
Corporation, a New Jersey corporation, having an address at 16945 Northchase
Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77210, Grantor, and The City of Tamarac., a
Florida Municipal Corporation, whose Post Office address is 5811 N. W. 88
Avenue, Tamarac, Florida of the County of Broward, State of Florida,
Grantee, .
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations to said Grantor
in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, and sold to said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida, to wit:
See attached legal description,
Attachment A, which is incorporated
into and made a part hereof.
Subject to Easements, Restrictions, Reservations, Conditions,
Limitations of Record, if any, provided that this shall not serve to
reimpose same, zoning ordinances and taxes for the current year and
subsequent years.
Said Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to said land, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In witness whereof, Grantor has hereunto set Grantor's hand and seal
the day and year first above written.

DESCRIPTION RIGHT-OF-WAY
A portion of Tract 1, Florida Fruit Lands Company
Subdivision No. 2, of Section s, Township 493, Range
41E, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 102 of the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section
5; thence North 0*10,05" West, along the Northerly estention
of the East line of Said Section 5, a distance of 6.32
feet; thence North 89633135e West, parallel with and 286.00
feet South of, as measured at right angles to the South
Right -of -Way line of the Central and Southern Florida Flood
Control Districts Canal C-14, a distance of 327.T3 feet
to an intersection with the are of a cirealar carve concave
