RESOLUTION NO. R-83-37�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT IN
BAY 8 OF 3 LAKES PLAZA AT 4601 NW 31 AVENUE
REQUESTED BY SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP, PETITION
#22-Z-83; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the grant-
ing of special exception to permit the operation of a restaurant in
Bay 8 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 4601 NW 31 Avenue, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the applicati
for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
operation of a restaurant in Bay 8 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 4601 NW 31
Avenue, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval A,)6A.1C-�-
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
