CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA
STATE LODGE, FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Florida State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police and the City
have negotiated in good faith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of the
negotiating team to approve an Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TP11ARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Agreement between the City of Tamarac and the
Florida State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police, is hereby approved for all
members of the bargaining unit who are employed by the City on or after the
effective date of this Resolution for a term to expire September 30, 1984. This
Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Department.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor, City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute this Agreement.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this P1 day of 1983.
