CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-: T3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY COLONY WEST
COUNTRY CLUB; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Colony West Country Club has posted with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $6,000.00 to guarantee curbing, backfill,
asphalt, cleanup, striping, signage and guardrail on McNab Road;and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Colony West Country
Club in the amount of $6,000.00 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
