BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARACy,FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the ingress/egress easement offered by Mike and George Giourgas for the Village Mall Project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit A. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
