A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
4 FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TOLL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR SOUTHGATE GARDENS EAST/MISSION
LAKES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NORTHWEST 71 AVENUE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Toll Development Corporation, as Principal, and
Coral Gables Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Surety, has
filed with the City an .Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee in the amount
of $3,500.00 to guarantee the construction of Northwest 71 Avenue
for the Southgate Gardens East/Mission Lakes project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA-.
SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee posted by
Toll Development Corporation, as Principal, and Coral Gables Federal
Savings and Loan Association, as Surety, in the amount of $3,500.00
for the construction of Northwest 71 Avenue, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
