RESOLUTION NO. R-83- 326
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO,THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING
TERMS OF OFFICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 OF THE
CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Article III, Chapter 28 of the City Code, created
a Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Plan-
ning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy with an
alternate member.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Bernard Newman , is
hereby appointed as an alternate member of the Planning
Commission.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
