RESOLUTION NO. R 83-325
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
SALARY, MENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-82--145;
AND -PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Jon M. Henning has been serving satisfactorily as City
Attorney since his appointment on June 1, 1982 (by Resolution R-82--145)'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Jon M. Henning as City Attorney, shall receive a
salary of $ 4 9 , 5 0 0 per year, plus a car allowance equal to that given to
the department heads in the City. In addition, he shall continue to be
subject to the Health Plan of the City employees as well as vacation and sick
leave. He shall continue to be entitled to the Group Life Insurance Program
of the City.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be effective October 1, 1983.
