RESOLUTION NO. ,e i3 -,-%262-
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MAINTENANCE COVENANT
FOR LAKESIDE PLAZA/LAKESIDE APES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the Maintenance Covenant proposed for the
Lakeside Plaza and Lakeside Apartments development which is attached as
Exhibit "A" is hereby approved by the City Council.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

AUGUST URBANEK, an indivival and

a Florida Corporation, d/b/a
GRANEK PROPERTIES, a joint venture,
hereinafter referred to as APT. OWNER";
As Owner of a parcel of real property known as Lakeside
Apartments situate in the City of Tamarac, Broward County,
Florida, legal>~y___r7escribed as:
-LAKESjIDE TAMARAC PLAT, LOT B,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 115, page 21 of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as the "PROPERTY";
(located approximately at the 5300 block
on the west side of North State 7 and west
of Lakeside Plaza, shown on Exhibit 1); and
hereby places the following restrictions and covenants on the
above described Property:
1. The Property shall be maintained in good condition
and in conformance with Article IV of Chapter 6 of the
Tamarac City Code of Ordinances. A copy of said Article is
attached as Exhibit 2.
2. The maintenance of any lakes, ponds, canals, ditches
or other water retention areas located on the Property shall
be the responsibility of the Owner. The City of Tamarac
shall not be responsible for maintenance of any such water
retention areas.
3. This Maintenance Covenant shall run with the land
and be binding on Owner's successors, heirs and assigns and
shall only be released by a Resolution aproved by four (4)
affirmative votes of the Tamarac City Council.
