CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -3a2
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-82--342 AMENDING THE
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION GRANTED To
EDWARD AND BLANCHE HIGGINS FOR A SELF-SERVICE GASOLINE
STATION IN A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT (PETITION #18-Z-82),.AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council in Resolution No. R-82-342 provided for a
Special Exception for a self-service gasoline station on the Northwest corner
of Northwest 88th Avenue and Commercial Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide for the equitable use
of the property and the orderly flow of traffic to and frcm the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. R-82-342 is hereby amended to
provide as follows:
"SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
(1) Redesign of the driveways into Commercial Boulevard to be "One
Way" in at the East property line and u0ne-Way" "Two Way" rrat at
the West property line
SECTION 2: That in all other respects Resolution No. R-82--342 is to
remain uncharged.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
