CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-319
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT A RESTAURANT IN BAYS 6 AND 7 OF
BUILDING C AT LAKESIDE PLAZA, 5435 AND 5437
NORTH STATE ROAD 7 REQUESTED BY THE COURTYARD
OF TAMARAC, INC. IN A B-1 ZONING DISTRICT,
PETITION #18-Z-83; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit a restaurant in a B-1 Zoning
District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permi
a restaurant in Bays 6 and 7 of Building C at Lakeside Plaza requeste
by the Courtyard of Tamarac, Inc. in a B--1 Zoning District, Petition
#18-Z-83, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
1 - Approval subject to the planting of 20-foot high trees
as indicated on the approved landscape plan.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th _ day of December , 1983.
