RESOLUTION NO. R-83- 1-
* RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF
A WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY H.L.R., INC.,
FOR THE SPRINGLAKE II PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, H.L.R., Inc., as principal, with St. Paul. Fire and
Marine Insurance Company, as surety, has filed with the City Bond
No. 400GS4983 in the amount of $68,506.37 to guarantee public im-
provements associated with the Springlake II project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to call. Bond No. 400GS4983 in the amount of $68,506.37
posted to guarantee public improvements associated with the
Springlake II project if the remedial repairs are not completed on
or before December 7, 1983, or if the bond has not been extended
by that date.
SECTION: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /4 day of 1983.
