CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- 314
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER AND AN ALTERNATE
MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING
TERMS OF OFFICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE;
AND PROVIDING AN-EFFEQ1112-DAT.E.
WHEREAS, Article III, Chapter 28 of the City Code,
created a Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Plan-
ning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy with an
alternate member for the remainder of the unexpired term and
then appoint a new alternate member.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMRAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION Ij- That ARTHUR H. GOTTESMAN , an
alternate member, is hereby appointed as a member of the
Planning Commission to serve the remainder of the term expir-
ing April 15, 1985.
SECTION 2: That HERMAN LARRY BENDER is
hereby appointed as an alternate member of the Planning
Commission to serve the remainder of the term expiring April
15, 1984.
This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED,ADOPTED AND APPROVED this lstday of December , 1983.
