RESOLUTION NO. R- - 3�3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FROM LEWR HOMES, INC.
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Lennar Homes, Inc. for the water distribution
"and sewage collection system for Kings Point Professional Plaza
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
