CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-33-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY TAMARAC AIR CONDITIONING, INC.,
FOR INSTALLATION OF AN AIR CONDITIONING AND
HEATING SYSTEM AT UTILITIES WEST ADMINISTRA-
TION BUILDING UNDER BID NO. 82-38; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac Air Conditioning, Inc., as Principal, and
Florida Coast Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City a performance
bond, in the form of a letter of credit, in the amount of $2,285.00,
to guarantee installation of an air conditioning and heating system
at Utilities West Administration Building under Bid No. 82-38; and
t.!HEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
performance bond.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance bond, in the form of a letter
of credit, in the amount of $2,285.00, posted by Tamarac.Air Condition-
ing, Inc., as Principal, and Florida Coast Bank, as Surety, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
