CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-299
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BURGLAR ALARM REVIEW COMMITTEE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 82-34,as amended by 83-47,created a Burglar
Alarm Review Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, at this time, to,appoint the
required members to this Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed to
this Committee:
Irving Haymes
Allan Bernstein
A.I. Hahamovitch
Sydney Brumberger
Herman Larry Bender
SECTION 2: That the Police Chief or his designated representa-
tive shall be present at all meetings of this Committee in an
advisory capacity.
SECTION 3 : That the above terms shall expire on May 11, 1984
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
