CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-jz?? _
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY SPRING
LAKE VILLAS JOINT VENTURE FOR NORTHWOOD II
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Spring Lake Villas Joint Venture has posted with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $500.00 to guarantee valley
gutter repairs at the Northwood II project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Spring Lake Villas
Joint Venture in the amount of $500.00, for valley gutter repairs
at Northwood II project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immed
iately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this S6 day of , 1983.
