RESOLUTION NO. R-83-o2gI
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY UNIVERSITY REALTY ASSOCIATES FOR
A MEDIAN CUT ON UNIVERSITY DRIVE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, University Realty Associates, as Principal, and
Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, as Surety, has filed
with the City Bond No. D11152 in the amount of $8,724.00 to guarantee
installation of a median cut on University Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
completed by University Community Hospital and is guaranteed under a
bond posted on behalf of the hospital,and he has recommended release
of Bond No. D11152.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. D11152 posted by University
Realty Associates, as Principal, and Indemnity Insurance Company of
North America, as Surety, in the amount of $8,724.00 to guarantee
installation of a median cut on University Drive, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
