3 A RESOLUTION CANCELLING AN EASEMENT AND OPTION
AGREEMENT FROM ERNESTO SARTORI FOR THREE LAKES
PLAZA (CENTRAL PLAZA) PROJECT; AUTHORIZING RETURN
OF A CASH BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Council, by motion, on December 8, 1982, authorized
Ernesto Sartori to utilize a trailer for temporary model sales and ad-
ministrative purposes; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of said approval, the City was provided
with guarantees, in the form of an Easement and Option Agreement
and a cash bond, that the trailer would be removed in a timely
manner; and
WHEREAS, the trailer has been removed from Three Lakes Plaza
(Central Plaza) project, in a timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Easement and Option Agreement from Ernesto
Sartori for Three Lakes Plaza (Central Plaza) project for the City to
remove or demolish the temporary structure used for a sales and
administrative office, is HEREBY CANCELLED.
SECTION 2: That the $2,000.00 cash bond, posted by Ernesto
Sartori to cover the cost of removal or demolition of the temporary
structure, is HEREBY CANCELLED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
