WHEREAS, Heftler Homes, as Principal, and First American Bank,
as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit #1385 in the
amount of $2,925.00 to guarantee public improvements at Heftler
Homes project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit #1385 posted by Heftler
Homes, as Principal, and First American Bank, as Surety, in the
amount of $2,925.00 for public improvements at Heftler Homes project
is HEREBY RELEASED subject to commitment to include the 5-foot
deficient section of sidewalk in Performance Letter of Credit #1386
in the amount of $14,460.00 that remains in effect.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. ,®�
