CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-ge,-1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED FOR THE WEST 40--FEET OF
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 12, LYONS COMMERCIAL
SUBDIVISION, ON UNIVERSITY DRIVE, FOR THE
CENTRA CARE MEDICAL CENTER PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Warranty Deed for the west 40tfeet of
Lots 9 and 10, Block 12, Lyons Commercial Subdivision, offered by
All Care Medical General Partnership, is hereby approved and accepted,
a copy of said warranty deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute said warranty deed on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1983.

This warranty Beed Made the 3rd day of August
ALL CARE MEDICAL GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
hereinafter called the grantor, to
THE CITY OF TAMARAC
A. D. 19 83 by
whose poslof f ice address is
hereinafter called the grantee;
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and
the heirs, legal representatkes and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
Witnesseth: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $ 10.00---- and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in Broward
County. Florida, viz.
The West 401 of Lots 9 and 10, Block 12, LYONS
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 76, Page 31, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida.
Together will, all the tenements, hereclitaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold, the -same in fee simple forever.
End the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land
in fee simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the
grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1982.
