CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-o.O'p
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PORTION OF A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS; TO
GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPING; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills has posted with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $15,000.00 to guarantee the installation
of landscaping at Building No. 1 and the Recreation Building; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
at Building No. 1 has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of a portion of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the amount of $8,000.00 of the $15,000.00 cash
bond posted by Lakes of Carriage Hills to guarantee the
installation of landscaping at Building No. 1 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: That the remaining cash bond in the amount of
$7,000.00 shall remain posted with the City to guarantee the landscap-
ing at the Recreation Building.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
