CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-- p2 ;
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY SUNNILAND BANK & LAST
CHANCE, INC.
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT SUNNILAND BANK
WHEREAS, Sunniland Bank & Last Chance, Inc., as
Principal, and Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Maryland , as
Surety, has filed with the City Bond # 9633320 in the
amount of $4,500.00 to guarantee public improvements at
Sunniland Bank, associated with parking lot addition.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $1,125.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond #9633320 posted by
Sunniland Bank & Last Chance, Inc., as Principal, and
Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Maryland , as Surety, has filed
with the Bond #9633320 in the amount of $4,500.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Sunniland Bank is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $1,125.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ,�"
