CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- Co
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC CLUB, INC., d/b/a
VERSAILLES GARDENS FOR SIDEWALKS AT VERSAILLES
GARDENS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Versailles Gardens, as Principal, and Continental
Insurance Co., as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 356645
in the amount of $2,765.63 to guarantee sidewalks at Versailles
Gardens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 356645 posted by Tamarac
Club, Inc., d/b/a Versailles Gardens, as Principal, and
Continental Insurance Co., as Surety, in the amount of $2,765.63
for sidewalks at Versailles Gardens is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedH
ately upon adoption.
