CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-0Z„2`?
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
8-FOOT BIKEWAY PATH EASEMENT OFFERED BY
IRVING WALTMAN, TRUSTEE, ALONG UNIVERSITY
DRIVE, NORTH OF MCNAB ROAD; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 8-foot Bikeway Path Easement offered by
Irving Waltman, Trustee, along University Drive, north of McNab Road,
is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy of said easement being
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record
said easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

BIKE -WAY PATH EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that IRVING WALTMAN, TRUSTEE,
as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
considerations to him in hand paid, receipt whereof is
acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey unto the CITY OF
TAMARAC, Broward County, Florida, for use and benefit of the
CITY OF TAMARAC, Broward County, Florida, as Grantee, and its
assigns, a perpetual and exclusive easement for a Bike -Way j
Path under, upon and across the following described lands
situate in Broward County, Florida, to -wit:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO
AND MADE A PART HEREOF.. {
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said Grantee and its assigns,
together with the right to enter upon said property, and

construct and maintain a Bike -Way Path thereon with all such
fills, cuts, drains, ditches and other incidents which the
Grantee may deem necessary or convenient in connection there-
with.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grant has hereunto set his
