RESOLUTION NO. R-83--02aU
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY TAMWAY CORP.& GRAYSTONE FAIRWAYS
CORP. FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT FAIRWAYS III;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE BATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the form of Letter of Credit No. 342 in
the aount of $25,341.25, posted by Tamway Corp.& Graystone Fairways Corp. for
public improvement at Fairways III has expired on May 31, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found that
remedial repairs are uncompleted and, accordingly, recommends release of said
expired warranty bond upon receipt of a warranty bond in the amount of $5,000.00
to cover said remedial repairs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said expired warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAM AMC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the form of Letter of Credit
342 in the amount of $25,341.25, posted by Tamaay Corp. & Graystone Fairways Corp.
for public improvement at Fairways III is hereby released subject to receipt of a
warranty bond in the amount of $5,000.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
