CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-220
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE OFFICIALS
TO CALL THE BOND POSTED BY NICHOLAS A. CASSAS,
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAINLANDS
CENTER PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Nicholas A. Cassas, has posted with the City of
Tamarac, Commonwealth Savings and Loan Passbook Account
010003907-4-06 in the amount of $1,996.75, thereunder to guarantee
public improvements associated with Mainlands Center; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and
correct.
SECTION 2: That Commonwealth Savings and Loan Passbook Account
010003907-4-06 in the amount of $1,996.75, posted by Nicholas
A. Cassas, is hereby called by the City of Tamarac if the remedial
repairs have not been completed or if an extension has not been
provided to said bond on or before August 6, 1983.
SECTION 3: This Resolution is effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of July 1983.
