CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- 4
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DRAINAGE AND RECONSTRUCTION AT
NW 82 STREET FOR THE RICHWAY AT TAMARAC
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Federated Department Stores, as Principal, and
Southeast First National Bank of Miami, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. L03491 in the amount of $138,530.00 to
guarantee public improvements for the Richway at Tamarac project.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said letter of
credit upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$34,632.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. L03491 posted by
Federated Department Stores, as Principal, and Southeast First
National Bank of Miami, as Surety, in the amount of $138,530.00 for
public improvements for the Richway at Tamarac project, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $34,632.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this `day of1983.
