2 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED rOr,
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD. , FOR
3 WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75, SITE PLAN #l, PHASE II, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

5 WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as principal, and The First
National Bank of Chicago, as surety, has filed with the City Letter

of Credit #1402-00302922 in the amount of $20,8.29.18 to guarantee
8 public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75, Site Plan #l,Phase II
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond

11 upon receipt of the following by August 16, 1983:

12 1. A one-year warranty bond in the amount of $5,953.92;
' 13 2. A landscape performance bond in the amount of $716.40;
3. Additional engineering fees in the amount of $243.69.

15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
16 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
17 SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302922 posted
18 by Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as principal, and The First National
Bank of Chicago, as surety, in the amount of $20,829.18, for public
20 improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75 Site Plan #1,Phase II, is
21 HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of the following by August 16,
1983:

23 1. A one-year warranty bond in the amount of $5,953.92;
24 2. A landscape performance bond in the amount of $716.40;
25 3. Additional engineering fees in the amount of $243.69.
26 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
27 upon adoption.
