A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR TFIE
GOLD -TAM SHOPS
PROJECT. DEVELOPM=' ORDER NO. 080 AIM PROVIDING
A'I EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable
law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica-
tion -for a develoixvant order by the applicant for development approval; and
WHG,_- As, the City Council has examined and investigated the application,
staff and Planning Commission recomi►P.ndations, and the attached Development Review
Status Sheet dated 5 / 13 / 8 3 ; and
W W.WAS, the City Council reviewed the develcp ment order and acccnpanying
documents at a public meeting; and
VvMREA.S, the City Council has determined that the application is in com-
pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance Prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that
is the subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached development review
status sheet dated 5/13/83 is granted a development order to proceed subject to
the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and spec-
ifications suhmitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in
Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.
B. Ccmmencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the
date of this approval. If the development does not commence constructional within
one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not
discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council
consents to nodify any of the original requirements.

order are set forth as follows:
I,- No second floor shall be placed over the north or south retail bays.
2 - County permit must be obtained for drainage overflow connections on
Commercial Boulevard drainage system.
3 County and State approval must be obtained for driveway construction on
Commercial Boulevard, if applicable.
4 -- Faymust must be received for fair share of fees to be assessed for
sgnalization and no permits will be issued until this requirement is
satisfied.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be
declared by a court of ca<npetent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall
dete mine if the other portions of the order regain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
SECTIM 3: This development order as conditioned shall became effective
imtrediately upon passage.
