CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--83-- 207
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT GOLDEN
PAGODA, INC., RESTAURANT AT TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE;
PETITION #12-Z-83; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of beer and
wine on the premises at Golden Pagoda, Inc., Restaurant, Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given the opportunity to express their views concerning the applica-
tion for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
consumption of beer and wine at the Golden Pagoda, Inc., Restaurant
at Tamarac Town Square, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1 - Waiver valid on Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to
2:00 a.m., local time, closing, and valid on Sundays from
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., local time, closing.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of July , 1983.
