A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING REQUEST FOR VARIANCE BY
INTERTRF.,S N.V., A SIDS ANTILLES CORPORATION;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
8 WHEREAS, INZERRES N.V., A NETHERLANDS ANTILLES CORPORATION, has
9 offered to grant an Easement for road right -of --way purposes needed to
10 facilitate the proper alignment of Northwest 61st Street; and

12 WHEREAS, this grant is for a nominal consideration; and

WHEREAS, after the grant has been completed, the value of the
property and the ability to use the property will have been reduced; and

16 WHEREAS, the property owner desires a modification of the front
-•17 setback from Northwest Fist Street from fifty (50) feet to forty (40) feet; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believe this would create a non self-
imposed hardship; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
22 TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the City Council jupports the granting of a
24
variance to the front setback on Northwest 61st Street from fifty (50) feet to
25 forty (40) feet and waiving the fee for the application.

27 SECTION 2: That the Board of Adjustment is requested to act
28 favorably upon the application referred to above.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
