BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the City hereby approves and accepts the Warranty Deed, a copy,of which is attached, hereto conveying to the City a parcel of land necessary for the improvement of Northwest 61st Street and University Drive. SECTION 2: The City Clerk is authorized to record the Warranty Deed when delivered by the Grantor. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall became effective upon adoption.
