CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-- /
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC. FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AT WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the form of Letter of Credit No.
1402-00302684 in the amount of $23,607.00 was posted by Montwood,Inc.,
for public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the form of Letter of
Credit No. 1402-00302684 in the amount of $23,607.00 posted by
Montwood, Inc., is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
